To ensure a smooth shopping experience and reduce fraudulent orders, delivery refusals, and Return-to-Origin (RTO) losses, Avnee Collections reserves the right to:

·      Offer or restrict Cash on Delivery services for specific products, locations, customers, or order values.

·      Require a partial advance payment, booking confirmation amount, verification charge, shipping charge, or any other applicable upfront payment for selected COD orders.

·      Conduct additional verification before accepting or processing COD orders.

The applicability and amount of any advance payment or verification charge shall be determined based on operational requirements, including but not limited to:

·      Order value

·      Delivery location

·      Product category

·      Previous order history

·      Delivery success rate

·      Risk assessment and fraud prevention measures

Any applicable charge will be clearly communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Failure to complete any required verification or advance payment may result in cancellation of the order.

Customers are expected to remain reachable on the contact number provided during checkout and cooperate with any order verification process.

Avnee Collections reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or permanently disable Cash on Delivery services for customers who:

·      Repeatedly refuse deliveries.

·      Cause excessive Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipments.

·      Place fraudulent or non-genuine orders.

·      Provide inaccurate contact or delivery information.

·      Misuse promotional offers, COD services, or the ordering process.

Such actions may also result in future orders being accepted only through prepaid payment methods.

The decision of Avnee Collections regarding COD eligibility, verification requirements, and order acceptance shall be final and binding.

8. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Avnee Collections reserves the right to:

·      Reject or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

·      Cancel orders due to stock unavailability.

·      Cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse.
