Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

· All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be intact and attached to the product.
· Products with removed tags, damaged packaging, or signs of usage may not be accepted.
· Customized, altered, clearance-sale, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
1. Pickup service is subject to availability in the customer’s location.
2. If pickup service is unavailable, the customer may be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by Avnee Collections.
3. If return shipping charges are applicable, the customer will be informed before the return process is initiated.

7. Avnee Collections shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate bank account or UPI details provided by the customer.
